Consumption will be based on your highest single number of commercial monthly transactions. We generally work on about 4 to 6 months, this is largely dependant on how quickly we can receive the information we need from you as we go along. We have many skilled consultants which are assigned customers based on their specific experience in your industry, the entire implementation plan will be worked out before the start and signed off by you at each stage so we can both remain efficient and accountable in delivering and excellent solution.
Acumatica University is FREE to our customers, you can skill yourself up as far and in-depth as you would like to go. Basic initial training will form part of the implementation plan and be discussed with you upfront.
Because Astraia Technology has done many Acumatica implementations, the amount we quote you for your implementation is pretty accurate. Sometimes there are major additions that are required by you that haven’t been needed upfront and we need to phase the project in terms of your affordability, but this will always be discussed as upfront as possible. We happily guarantee that our implementation quote will not move more than 10% based on our agreed implementation plan with you.

Every six (6) months Acumatica conducts customer surveys to learn how customers feel about the services they receive from Astraia Technology. While the results of these surveys are very important, the actions that we take based on the results will determine the success of everyone. The results of this score directly affect our rating as an implementation partner. Therefore it is vital to us that our customers are happy with our services. We have consistently scored on the upper edge of 4/5, maintaining our Gold Status as a recommended Acumatica ERP implementation partner.
In order to ensure efficient business continuity, Acumatica releases 2 major versions (i.e., 2023 R1 and 2023 R2). Along with the major versions, the minor versions are released bi-weekly or monthly depending on the changes done by Acumatica.
In order to stay current, Acumatica ERP provides an inbuilt feature to upgrade the instance from an older version into a newer version. The upgrade to a newer version can be achieved remotely from within Acumatica’s existing instance, or it can be done locally using “Acumatica ERP Configuration Wizard > Application Maintenance > Upgrade”. You decide when it suits you to perform the upgrade minor or major, we will coordinate the upgrade for a time when your users are out. If your site is customized, there is a process that includes testing in a test-upgraded Sandbox site, prior to the upgrade.
Unique to Acumatica ERP is that your data is always your own. If for any reason you decide to move away from Acumatica ERP, you can request all your data and we will happily give it to you.
